NH - TRANS, SE was founded as a limited liability company in 1992. Its legal form was changed to a joint stock company as of 1 July 2004, and subsequently into a Societas Europaea as of 31 July 2007.
NH - TRANS, SE is ranked among significant European forwarders. In close cooperation with its subsidiary Ostravská dopravní společnost, a. s., the company provides complex forwarding services in domestic and international transportation. Company's good market position is the result of its long-term operation in the forwarding field, professional approach and hard work of its employees as well as strength of its own technical background of wagon and locomotive fleet.
